Headlamp Nonsense

Seasons are changing. When I took off at 5:40am, the horizon was just starting to hint at morning. The moon was small too, so it was pretty dark. I wore this dumb headlamp that I bought on woot.com. It was not meant for running, which meant that it was way too heavy. I should have thrown it in the bushes and picked it up on the way home, I'm going to pay with a stiff neck. It was kind of cool to see how much my head bobs and moves around when I run. This becomes very obvious with a spotlight on your forehead.

We are heading Up North this weekend. I am excited about running some slightly different routes. Harper wants to go out on the boat too, so that will be fun. I want to bring my road bike, but that means no family bike rides and at least 1 hour of no Daddy... hmm. Probably going to lose that battle.
